During Class Work:
Started the class by doing the zig zags and castles exercises with the whole class. coming up with words that relate to different images and how the meanings change when combined with other images, also dependent on composition.

Discussing our topic with in groups to narrow down and get to the heart of what our topic is about. With the help of my group peers I managed to reduce my topic down to a sentence; Casual racism in New Zealand. I also helped to do the same with my peers, and my notes are above.

These exercises helped get the creative juices flowing and get ideas circulating on possible poster ideas.
